If you’ve ever experienced a migraine in your life, you know for sure how crippling it is. The world stops rotating on its axis and everything ceases to exist. It’s just you and the pain, battling it out, mano a mano.   

 

These days, there are so many factors that could be triggering migraine or tension headaches. It could be a result of taking work home with you and being on call 24/7. It could also be the combination of the stress, the worry, and the (sometimes) panic of having to step out and brave the 50% or 100% workforce in a world where COVID still very much exists.

 

Regardless of your office situation, one thing for certain is that work has changed completely in 2020. Along with all the changes in our daily routine comes a really big headache (pun intended).
