The past year of the pandemic has been very stressful, challenging and overwhelming for most of us. If you’re living with a high level of stress, you’re putting your entire well-being at risk. Multiple studies link chronic stress to a higher risk of heart disease, stroke, depression, weight gain, memory loss and even premature death. Learning how to cope and to live a stress free life may seem impossible, but the good news is, stress can be managed.
Effective stress management can result to a happier, healthier and more productive life. Proper diet, exercise, mindfulness, spirituality and faith can all work to relieve and cope with stress.
